Abstract :
Technical efficiency of the use of tools in the construction of the Double-double track railway Manggarai - Jatinegara that is using some technical heavy equipment to know the cycle of equipment work time, work efficiency and production capacity. The data used in the form of primary and secondary data. The method used is the method of analysis by using some technical methods heavy equipment to calculate the productivity of the tool in order to achieve its target of a job, because the productivity of the tool associated with the cycle time and duration of optimal work. Based on calculation result for excavator excavator which is coke time average 19,08 sekon, efficiency 73%, production capacity 169 m3/hour, productivity at field 123,37 m3/hour and waste time 45,63 m3/hour can finish excavation for 5 Foundation/day is different from 3 foundation/day planning. Hiab Crane hauling equipment with cycle time average 150,718 sekon, efficiency 76%, factory capacity 5 ton/hour, productivity 1,51 ton/hour field and waste time 3,49 ton/hour able to finish transportation of installation 1 foundation/2 days, in contrast to the planning of 1 foundation/3 days. Diesel Hammer, with an average cycle time of 1,29 blow/sec, 81% efficiency, 40 blow/minute factory capacity, 32,40 production hours and its west time of 7,60 blow/second to complete the 6 pile/day is different from planning 4 pile/day.
