Abstract :
As the increase of industry where the industry with the usage of inductive loads at most, the demand of inductive reactive power is increasing. This situation will cause a voltage drop. One of power losses that will occur because of the votage drop on transmission line is the decrease of power factor so the system reliability of electrical provision for costumers will decrease. Many efforts have been done to reduce the voltage drop and power losses which one of them is the instalation of capacitor.
