Abstract :
Power system?s load which changed over the time is defined by the customers demand. The frequency and voltage for customers must be constant. Because of that it is necessary to regulate the system voltage because the system voltage is influenced by the amount of load. The voltage regulator which closest to the load is on load tap changer of power substation?s transformer. The moving of on load tap changer is done by inductive machine that got the signal from automatic voltage regulator. This essay will study how on load tap changer colaborate with automatic voltage regulator to stabilize the output voltage of power substation?s transformer.
