Abstract :
In the project of six inner-city toll road sections, Jakarta contracted the job of subcontractor. the work carried out of sub contractor if it is not managed properly, it is very possible that the risk in the implementation of the sub-project is carried out, because it will becoming maximal less and productivity can be reduced to the work and can appear at the time of project implementation. Therefore, it is necessary to identify risks to the implementation of subcontractor work. Identification of risks is carried out with literature studies and interviews with contractors as those who are often in the field. From the identification results obtained 31 risk factors which are divided into 7 categories The dominant risk factors are damage to the equipment so that the work target is not achieved, limited workforce in the field which results in maximum productivity. There is still land that is not free during the implementation of mass work, Lack of attention and application of aspects of HSE in the field such as many workers who do not wear masks, do not wear gloves for cleaning work. hence the need for responses in the form of perceptions from expert experts, and literature studies to minimize risk.
