Abstract :
The pattern of distribution of goods in PT PLN (Persero) serpong area, storage of goods is still not being integrated. This leads to frequent occurrence of inaccurate reports, because data storage is separate and can not be accessed online. Application of information systems in PT PLN (Persero) Serpong area to overcome the problems in the distribution of goods, information system design webbased applications distribution of goods within the scope of the Human Resources and Keseketariatan PT PLN (Persero) Serpong area. As for the stages that are performed planning, design phase, coding phase and the testing phase. To test the system that has been designed, the authors use a Black Box testing. The results of this design in the form of information distribution system of goods. With this information system, human resources and secretarial able to convey all the information related to the distribution of goods in the existing system so that it can be accessed easily when such information is needed. In addition, the human resources department and secretariat can also store files in a structured distribution of goods in the same database that can be accessed easily when needed.
