Abstract :
Improved quality of service quality of the State Electricity Company (PLN) to be getting better as we get time so that the customer or consumer can be satisfied. Therefore, electricity should be kept as far as possible be lit continuously. But in fact a power failure or outage can not be avoided because one of them caused a disturbance. Detection SKTM is an activity to seek the direction of interference and locate interference aimed at reducing regional outages or complete outage with equipment maneuvers such as LBS is a switch that is designed to break the electrical circuit or load current at the load condition no bigger than the fault current work manually or PMT switch is designed to break the short circuit fault current, eliminates the permanent interference by separating from the affected parts work automatically. which is at Substation Contacts, Middle or Substation Distribution Substation. Operated manually on site or remotely when equipped with remote control equipment. Detection of disorders of the SKTM maneuver maneuver is one term that is often used by employees of PLN in terms of entry and exit voltage displacement.
