Abstract :
In construction projects, concrete is the most important construction material. Concrete is composed of coarse aggregate, aggregated smooth, cement, and water. In changing times require new innovations as the settlement of the problems frequently encountered. SCC (Self Compacting Concrete) is a concrete which has high fluidity properties so it can flow and fill the spaces in the mold without tools such as vibratory compaction or the like. In the world of construction delays are very common, thus requiring replacement construction materials innovation faster in fulfilling quality with fast time. One alternative material is by mortar Sika Grout - 215. In this research, materials SCC (Self Compacting Concrete) and mortar Sika Grout - 215 will be compared based on cost, quality, and time. Based on test results, mortar Sika Grout - 215 more favored in terms of quality and time, is 51.006 MPa at the age of 7 days treatment. But in terms of cost SCC (Self Compacting Concrete) is more favored of Rp 7,095,000.00.
