Abstract :
The electrical power system consists of three main sub-systems, namely the generation system, transmission system and distribution system. Among the three sub-system that is in direct contact with the customer is the distribution system. The main components of the distribution system is the primary distribution network of 20 kV. As an electric power distribution system that is directly related to the customer, the primary distrbusi 20 kV network should have an adequate level of reliability in order to supply electric power kekonsumen continuously. Keandalansuatu level system can be determined by calculating the SAIFI (System Average Interruption Frequency Index) and SAIDI (System Average Interruption Duration Index) is the frequency of long outages and blackouts that occurred in distribusiprimer 20 kV network in the timeframe tertentu. this thesis will be discussed, the calculation of the level of reliability (SAIDI, SAIFI) 20 kV distribution network PT PLN (Persero) Rayon Cilegon in 2015 and 2016, then compared with the value of the planned level of reliability.
