Abstract :
Basically, all of distribution network construction no one is completely safe from potential interference within the system itself or from outside of the system. The disorder is a potential adverse terms of some things, it is necessary to be installed a protection system. In the medium voltage distribution system, the most important thing in the system of protection other than protection tool itself, is grounding system which is also an important part. If an interruption occurs phase leaked into the ground and grounding systems are not in accordance with the distribution system to be protected, a protection device will not work properly, so can damage the equipment and can endanger human safety. The construction planning of distribution network to determine network components, such as conductor, must be considered the magnitude of short circuit and system protection appropriate, so the goal of building construction distribution networks can be achieved safely and profitably.
