Abstract :
Protection is one of the most important parts of the electrical system. The growing need for electricity, then the protection system also needs to be reviewed to protect the installed electrical equipment. Installation of Solar Power Plant on grid of 2 x 250 kW on the roof of PT. Indesso Aroma is in progress. The addition of this PLTS needs to be reviewed in terms of protection of the PLN network entering the factory to determine the effect of short circuit current flows that occur on the PLN on the PLTS on the grid. Short circuit current interruption that occurs in Pigeon Distribution contained in Cibinong IV Substation IV is needed to know how big the current of disturbance happened. It is also necessary to set up a protection relay on the 20 kV side, and at low voltage network at PT. Indesso Aroma to know the trip time at each point.
