Abstract :
Now people need not be separated from good information from print and electronic media, with the rapid advancement of the technological development, the higher the level of information required at this time. The need for information has become a common requirement, financial transactions through banks which are usually carried out by transfer through the Automated Teller Machines (ATMs) or through a bank teller, can now be replaced with online banking / Internet banking / e-Banking. In making flight bookings online banking application with android interface created by the author needed a frame work that can help solve a problem, hence the need for a method which can solve a problem, with the waterfall method is expected Existing problems and discussed in this thesis is how the travel can find out quickly that the customer has made, payment for ticket booking transaction that has been done, before making the travel can evaluate and reward, better yet, in order to improve customer loyalty, customer satisfaction and revenue through the concept of CRM(customer_Relationship_Management)
