Abstract :
PT. PLN is, where the state-owned power company has made a great contribution in supplying the electricity needs for the community. PT. PLN continues to conduct studies to improve the quality of service by offering a range of services and innovation programs. one of them by implementing renewable energy just as windmills to replace fossil energy dependence that is increasingly large, the energy used in Indonesia comes from fossil energy in the form of petroleum and natural gas. Dependence on fossil fuels has at least three serious threat among them are the limitations of fossil energy in have been reduced, the instability of the price of fossil energy itself which tends to increasing, and the impact of greenhouse effect. The research methodology used in the design of instructional media are included in the waterfall model and applied research methods. Instructional media is built with Microsoft Visual Basic. To build a prototype hardware methodology and using arduino programming language.
