Abstract :
Giving A bonus is one effort to improve employees performance. At PT.Kokoh Semesta appropriation of bonuses has been done in a way that has not been computerized and the manual is unknown standards and criteria to earn the bonus itself. Weighted product method by determining and calculating each weight value criteria and weighting employee bonuses. Fuzzy logic will follow the pattern by making the appropriate calculation of the weighted product rule so that if a change in the criteria of the management company then the calculation will be easier and faster. From the results of calculations performed, Weighated Product method and fuzzy logic then obtained a decision that employees will receive a bonus in accordance with the values and criteria weights weights employee bonuses.
