Abstract :
This thesis discusses about the design of tools and automatic application of motor vehicle starter by using android application. The authors propose to create a tool that can add motor vehicle security system, especially for two wheels. To design and create this tool, the author uses the prototype method. In this method the manufacturing process starts from hearing the complaints of motorcycle users. Prototype made tailored to the needs of existing systems on the motor and in accordance with the needs of motorcycle users. The last prototype process was tested by the user. Then evaluated the deficiencies of the user needs. This tool works by directly taking over the function keys and starter buttons that have been installed dikendaraan. If from the start of the appliance we use the app directly on the smartphone, then the tool will completely run the command from the application and will ignore the commands of the manual back-up key installed on the tool and make the back-up key not working. From the process of making these tools and applications and experiments conducted as much as 5 times the experiment, obtained the result of this tool can take over all existing manual systems on the key and starter in the motor and make it not functional unless using the application or remote control provided
