Abstract :
To know customers? power consumption (for houses, social, commercial buildings, government?s buildings and institutes), it is needed to do electrical power limitation and measurement. Limitation is used to limit the load. If there is no limitation, then it has to be measured. APP is a part of electricity company (PT PLN) that responsible in the making of electricity bill. Instruments that used are measurement tools for: kWh, kVARh, maximum kVA, electric current and electric voltage.
