Abstract :
Optimization of 3-phase distribution transformer loading to implement load balancing is basically a load on the transformer will provide the appropriate transformer capacity and provide load permitted in accordance with SPLN. So the capability or limitations that circulate in the load can be optimized. Balancing the load on distribution transformers located on Wanakerta vilage previously measured during peak loads during the day time and also beyond the peak load. The data were analyzed and the results of the measurement is then performed after optimization of load transformer and load balancing are measured again to be analyzed. The total energy loss before balancing the load is equal to 13.310,52 kWh per month, after balancing the load is equal to 1033,56 kWh per month. Can suppress the energy loss by 12.276,96 kWh per month or PLN can reduce losses of Rp. 12.235.967,00- each month at distribution substations WNA004.
