Abstract :
The objective of this thesis was to build a user-friendly application, so it could be used by common people, by implementing the decision support system using PROMETHEE and WP methods for the supplier selection. Through the systematized selection. The Weighted Product used multiplication to link the attribute rating where the rating for each attribute had to be squared first with the attribute weight intended, while the Promethee method used values in the outranking relation. The writer designed the phases to be established by initially doing the needs analysis. After the web application was constructed, PT. Chungma Construction & Engineering was able to determine the construction material suppliers to be used in the completion of the project more accurately. The achievement of the result of the application built fulfilled the system requirement that was effectively able to make the time efficient in determining the construction material supplier.
