Abstract :
The needs of people for electricity is being more and more. But, according to the actual, the numbers of electricity supplies is not be able to fulfill the demand, so that is needed a thrift of electricity usage by the user. More ever, the resources of energy that is used to generate electricity, are being rare. Therefore, that will be needed a monitoring system that can be useful for helping people in order to reduce and to save the electricity usages in their daily lives. In this study, it will be discussed how that system can be function, for the device or for the application.
