Abstract :
PT. Angkasa Pura II has 3 units of work in the field of OIT (Operational Information Technology), in the field of OIT is still divided into units of PSIT, SSIT and Data Network. SSIT units (Information Technology Security Service), there is a large entry for the maintenance tool ? the tool on CCTV cameras are commonly referred to as Log book. Log book at the SSIT unit a large book containing notes ? notes to see the conditions related to a broken tool ? the tool needs that exist on a CCTV camera. This has the drawback of which is easily damaged (torn), exposed to the air, and disappeared. In the process of making such an application programming language the author uses PHP, PHP Myadmin, as its database and software notepad ++, Basic 4android as penunjangnya.Stages that is done is the planning phase, the design phase, the phase of coding, and testing phase. To test a system that has been designed, the author uses the method of testing the White Box and Black Box. So the application information maintenance of CCTV cameras are made to facilitate officers in making the log book and the clerk can see the history of CCTV kameran damage more quickly
