Abstract :
Url shortening the latest trends that are popular, according to the function to shorten a long URL. By writing library that allows adapting the theory of the internet, it is required to write the theory links. The length of the link which is written in the bibliography will pester people who will access the link to the theory, if the links are written quite long. Bijective function is applied in order to shorten the length of the link. In its implementation requires methods "Division Reminder" for url shortening, and "ReHashing" to resolve collisions on the method "Division Reminder". This application will be the application as its function as a url shortener. In the process of url shortening using a third-party application that is VirusTotal as middleware services to conduct an examination of the url will be shortened, in order to anticipate the links that have malware. This application will also display information about the original page which is accessed from a short link to the application form: the original address information and the information of third parties.
