Abstract :
As social beings, communication is the closest thing to us. Communication can be interpreted as the share of mind, information and intelligence. Any activity performed by a person with the purpose of conveying his message to others is the purpose of communication. Motivated by these needs, humans can sending messages easily anywhere and anytime using a variety of media. Steganography is the science and art of hiding secret messages within other messages that the existence of the secret message can not be known. To design an application in the study carried out by the method of Least Significant Bi ( LSB ) and Linear Congruetial Generator ( LCG ) algorithm. LSB method is a method that inserts binary messages on the latest bits and LCG algorithm is a random number generator to put a message on a binary image pixel value that has been encrypted through android phone. Image file is the array of numbers that represent varying light intensity value (pixels). The result of this application is expected to be useful as a medium for data hiding in the audio file that will be useful for data security. And then this application can be useful to reduce acts against copyright violations on media or digital data that has been disseminated via the Internet indirectly by applying data hiding techniques with LSB methods and LCG algorithm.
