Abstract :
Students should seek the guidance of a faculty mentor. One problem that exists today is the inhibition of the process of communication and guidance between students and lecturers are caused by constraints of time and place. It is suitable web application shows the process of academic guidance activities using academic guidance booklet as a guide. Design method used is a prototype model to determine the stages through which it established a system in this application, namely: collection requirements, prototype design, prototype evaluation. This application is a medium of communication between the student and the Faculty mentor in the academic guidance process The process of academic and non-academic guidance can be done online without having face-to-face to reduce the limitation of time. Each of the academic and non-academic guidance be recorded in this application to make it easier for material evaluation.
