Abstract :
Inventory taking a calculation and adjustment of inventory owned by ughi electric store in a warehouse or storefront with stock data contained in the database system. During the inventory check done, entry and exit of goods activities can not be done. This causes irregular ughi electric store in doing stock taking. Besides recording errors committed by employees is also prone to occur when the goods are recorded quite a lot. Based on the background of the problem, then made an application for registration of stock by using barcodes. This application utilizing EAN-13 code as a marker of goods in the form of case studies is stationery office and the use of devices based android because besides its usefulness as a mobile phone, mobile devices also have modern facilities. The results of the application has been made, among others, can scan the barcode using the camera on the mobile devices are to perform recording goods and can keep records exit and entry of the amount of inventory. Then the application of this system is considered to minimize human error. With the results of this trial, the application of this system has been thought to help ughi electric store the activity of the business so that it can grow and compete with the other modern business
