Abstract :
In a government agency, an employee is an important component that has an important role. Each agency definitely need the best employees to develop region. then so expect a region to develop and grow up. Constraints faced by the current lack of computerized system to selecting the best employees, thus requiring a long time to be able to determine the best employees. This research to help agencies determine the best employees using two methods: Analytical Hierarchy Process and Weighted Product. And help writers to analyze about both methods to determine the advantages and each method by comparing each other. So with this application can simplify the relevan agencies to take decisions in determining the best employees in the area.
