Abstract :
Redesigning the structure of the rail either single or double track lines should be planned in such a way that can be accounted for by technical and nontechnical. Technically mean the construction of a rail road rail vehicles must be traversed safely with a certain level of comfort over the life of the construction. Based on National Railways Master Plan (RIPNAS) Directorate General of Railways Ministry of Transport (2011), in 2030 there will be an increase in the number and travel goods or the island of Java amounted to 534 million tons / year, or an increase in passenger and goods sebasar 11.64 times at 142, 55 times. Given these conditions, means and prasaranapun should be improved in order to achieve optimal service. One path into RIPNAS Directorate General of Railways is expected to be an increase in the departure path of Tanah Abang station (THB) Jakarta to South Tangerang City Sudimara Station. This track does not only serve the local train movement from Tanah Abang Station to Station Merak, but also commuter line JABODETABEK. Tanah Abang station (THB) is a railway station located on the street Jatibaru, Kampung Bali, precisely located in the east of the West Flood Canal, and the south Flyover Kalibaru. The station is located at an altitude of +9 m is located in the Regional Operations I Jakarta with the type of Class III railroads. Results planning and calculations performed in the study showed that an increase in rail road grade III to railway grade I with the structure of the rail plan, namely: the type of rail used R54, 1067, the plan of speed maximum of 120 km / h, the type of fastening used an elastic fastening Pandrol double with type Pandrol e-clip, 50 cm thick upper back and lower back 35 cm thick, as well as concrete pads with a distance of 60 cm. Expected that the relevant authorities to immediately realize the plan to increase rail road grade III to grade I in order to fulfill demand for the movement that occurs.
