Abstract :
House is basic necessities of human. Besides part of residence, house can be to shelter and place to gathered with family. At this time necessity of house that habitable,safe and comfortable become necessary of wide scale public society. Along with population growth,housing needs as basic human needs also increased. Many ways to satisfy that needs,among others are build your own,buy from another people or buy house in housing development. In Indonesia especially depok city cultivation of housing industry is like a ton of bricks. Prospective house buyers would have the criteria to be considered before choosing and buying house. There are many criteria as long as the availability of more than one option that can satisfy these criteria. This decision support using AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process). AHP is a decision-making approach that involves structuring a wide selection of criteria into a hierarchy, assessing the relative importance of the criteria specified, and comparing current alternatives. Existence of decision support system is expected to assist prospective home buyers in determining the choice of which will be bought, especially in the city of Depok, so that a prospective home buyer could get the results of a decision in accordance with capability and needs a prospective buyer.
