Abstract :
English language skill is required in an academic environment, working environment and the social environment. Such as TOEFL certificate score as a prerequirement to continue studies (S1, S2 and S3) in universities in country and abroad, a pre ?requirement for scholarship, as well as pre-requirement as candidate for civil servants (PNS)/ private employees. Some big companies also provide requirements for prospective employees to have a TOEFL score with some requirement. TOEFL test applications built by authors based on the needs of English Digital Laboratory of STT-PLN were used in the TOEFL test. This application is designed using a web ? based programming language is PHP also VB.NET, and MySQL to build database application, and this application advantage of internet media This TOEFL test application is expected to provide convenience for the TOEFL test activities in English Digital Laboratory of STT-PLN.
