Abstract :
Face recognition is an important research field today. Problems arising from manual attendance were still frequent attendance cheating, student attendance application using the face can be a solution. The purpose of this research is to produce a student attendance system that can record student attendance unanimously, effectively and efficiently because students concerned must come to the school directly. Results from this study that fisherface method can work well with the test results frontal pose and with good lighting. Android applications as monitoring linked to student attendance face recognition greatly assist parents in monitoring students in the school.
