Abstract :
STT-PLN Jakarta since 2012 has opened new reception in some areas, that is Medan, Padang, Palembang, Lampung, Semarang, Surabaya, Jakarta and Makassar. Because a distance its so far from the college in Jakarta, the when the student candidate to declared graduate must to register. Because distance its so far of the area the student candidate can make payments and register by email. But its so many the student candidate which is still one of the registers because when sending incomplate news. Different Bank resulting in ?undifined?. So it is not well coordinated. In this study the authors used the method UCD (User Centered Design ) term used to describe the design philosophy . The design that puts the user at the center of a system development process . Results from the research that is done by School of Engineering, that with to be Aplikasi Registrasi Pembayaran Mahasiswa Baru STTPLN Berbasis Web will facilitate the performance of the registration process Admissions to outside areas or in area.
