Abstract :
Indonesia has the potential of renewable energy resources to power minihidro, one of which is in the village Cibunian there is a potentially Cianten River is able to evoke the power of 2,000 kW. PLTM Cianten 1 already operations beginning in 2016, but the performance of PLTM Cianten 1 cannot yet meet the electricity needs of society because of a declining capacity PLTM Cianten 1. Therefore, plan optimalisasipun will be done. PLTM development Cianten 1 is expected to be able to realize target energy amounted to 74% in 2021. Feasibility studies needed so that both aspects of the operations as well as financial aspects. The results of the study suggest that based on aspects of the operation of the power generated PLTM Cianten 1 was 2,000 kW, large annual energy of approximately 12,024,852 kWh, fell 0.062% and reduced voltage network 0.82%. As well as for financial analysis results, development PLTM Tabalar deserves to be implemented with NPV = Rp 37,668,251,189,- , IRR = 20%, BCR = 4.022, and PBP = 1 year 5 months.
