Abstract :
SMK Islamic Village has a workforce work program is to reward outstanding teachers. Principal Curriculum and assisted Wakabid be responsible for the implementation of the program. Therefore, the performance assessment of teachers lecturers to determine outstanding teachers with assessment factors consisting of the appearance, performance and character. However, in the assessment of the performance of the Principal often rely instuisinya allowing the occurrence of subjectivity in determining the final score assessment of teacher performance. For the sake of work effectiveness and Wakabid Principal Curriculum in the assessment, then the appropriate decision-making are essential. Therefore, in the software that can make a decision to recommend outstanding teachers. The software is built with a decision support system for calculating the energy performance assessment educative educative teacher candidates using the SAW (Simple Additive Weighting), so as to speed up the selection of outstanding teachers.
