Abstract :
In improving quality, opposing and service to consumers, PT PLN (Persero) seeks to reduce blackouts in electricity distribution. One of the causes of the outage is a short circuit current. In order to minimize changes in short-circuit currents, in order to avoid undesirable things between damaged other components, protection systems that are needed include Over Current Relay (OCR) and Ground Fault Relay (GFR) to protect the network. This tool serves to eliminate the overcurrent that passes through the current that has been set. In this paper, 3 phase short circuit current will be discussed, where the largest 3 phase short circuit current is 13050.737 A and short phase current is 1 phase 954.063 A. Where it is obtained from the results of OCR 0.45 seconds and GFR 0.254 seconds on the side Rele I (Feeder) and OCR settings 0.208 and GFR 0.109 seconds on the side II Released.
