Abstract :
A good electric power system must have a voltage value that does not exceed the tolerance limit and small power losses. The tolerance limit of voltage that allowed based on SPLN number 1 in 1995 which is equal to + 5% to -10% of the nominal voltage, while for power losses cultivated as small as possible to reduce losses. Due to existance of line and load impedances, the value of the voltage on the sent side will not be the same as the value of the voltage on the received side. In this semithesis will be discussed the calculation of power losses in TG62CP distribution substation line C with the load is household customer. From the results of manual calculations using vector method, the power losses in the TG62CP distribution substation line C at peak load time is 8,18765%.
