Abstract :
The Circuit Breaker (CB) must be able to connect or disconnect load currents under
normal and abnormal conditions/short circuit faults so that maintenance activities are
carried out to ensure that the CB is advisable to operate. Methods of data collection in
the form of observation and interviews, as well as using descriptive analysis method. The
test includes three measurements. The first is insulation resistance with measurement
results within a period of 3 years, CB experienced a significant decrease in insulating
ability with the lowest value of 66 G? in 2022 but still meets the SK.DIR 0309 standard
>1 M?/KV. Second is contact resistance within a period of 3 years did not appear to
experience a large change in performance, with the result of the smallest contact
resistance in 2022 with a value of 49.5 µ? still meeting the applicable standards, namely
the Alsthom standard 40 µ? per connection point (<100 µ? for number of connection
points). The third is the measurement and calculation of the simultaneous ?t within 3
years of CB in the correlation of opening and closing there is no significant change with
the smallest simultaneous result in 2022 with a value of 0.1 ms according to Alshtom's
reference standard. Simultaneous ?t CB is < 10 ms. The 20 kV CB Circuit Breaker for
the Serpong Substation Anode Feeder was declared to be still in accordance with the
standard and was still feasible to operate after maintenance activities.
