Abstract :
With the increasing demand for electrical energy, the need for fossil fuels for power generation also increases, which causes a decrease in current fossil fuel reserves and is also increasingly expensive. By utilizing renewable energy, one of which is solar energy, it can be used as an alternative energy source that is environmentally friendly. On-grid rooftop solar power plants can reduce the amount of electricity bills each month so that they are more efficient. The PLTS 486, kWp system owned by AUTO2000 West Bekasi has 4 orientations (layout). Then the efficiency and performance ratio (PR) calculations are carried out using manual calculations and calculations using PVSyst software. Where from the results of manual calculations, the results of the performance ratio of layout 1 are 71.81%, layout 2 is 72.18%, layout 3 is 71.21% and layout 4 is 71.57% while the results from calculations using PVSyst software are 7.2.16 get the results of the performance ratio of layout 1 of 76.33%, layout 2 of 75.39%, layout 3 of 76.16% and layout 4 of 76.21%. In addition, to determine the performance on the influence of the simulated slope angle in layouts 1 & 2, the best results obtained at an angle of 10° are 76.33% in layout 1 and 76.39% in layout 2 with the orientation direction following the direction of the roof slope. Where the ratio performance obtained is caused by several factors, namely irradiation, weather and shading factors.
