Abstract :
Problems that are often the cause of failure or breakdown in the generator occur in the stator winding section. Therefore, it is necessary to measure the partial discharge of the generator to determine the condition of the insulation. Online measurements are still limited to recording the measured partial discharge values, so analysis is also needed to find out the cause and location of the PD that occurs and can prevent fatal isolation failures. The data analysis method used is the characteristic method by comparing the results of the graph of the measurement results and the PRPD (Phase Resolved Partial discharge) graph pattern. Meanwhile, to predict the remaining life of the generator stator winding using simple linear regression. The results showed that the R and T phases had a graphic pattern of Micro voids due to the presence of small cavities in the insulation tape. The S phase has an end-winding surface discharge pattern caused by the presence of white powder contamination. Calculation of the prediction of the remaining life of the stator windings results if the R phase is predicted to have a breakdown in 2034. For the S phase it is predicted around 2032 and the T phase is predicted around 2032
