Abstract :
Based on the segment parameters of UP3 Cikokol where in terms of the number of times the disturbances that have occurred in the Tangerang 9K-GI PNA segment there are indications of repeated disturbances, the SKTM Assessment is carried out again to determine the reliability of the feeder with the very low frequency method. It is said to be in good condition if there is no breakdown voltage and it meets the IEEE Std 400.2-2004 table 5 standard regarding the breakdown voltage value standard. There are 3 parameters that determine whether the cable is in good or bad condition, namely cable insulation with a standard 1000 x working voltage, which is 20 M?, the maximum allowable leakage current is 1mA and the breakdown voltage with standard XLPE cable insulation can withstand a breakdown voltage of >30 kV. The results obtained in the Tangerang 9K-GI PNA segment, the injected voltage is 45 kV with the R,S,T phase isolation values in the order of 1M?, 2.8 M?, 3,1 M?. The rated leakage current is 23mA, 11.8mA and 17.7mA. For breakdown voltages when 1 kV, 2.8 kV and 3.1 kV. The results of the three phases for the three parameters do not meet the standards. Then it is stated that the Tangerang 9K-GI PNA cable segment has an insulation failure that causes breakdown voltage. The occurrence of breakdown voltage (breakdown voltage) can cause an adverse feeder trip in terms of kWh sales. So that further action is taken, namely cable detection so that it can be normalized again. From the data obtained, there was a decrease in the number of disturbances by 13% in semester 1 of 2020-2022 which benefited energy sales and increased reliability of electricity on the side of PLN
