Abstract :
The distribution system as one part of system power electricity and is directly
related to consumers. The distribution system is one part of PLN that most often
experiences interference or damage in the electric power system, therefore it is very
important to always maintain the reliability of electric power in order to continue to
provide maximum service to consumers. The reliability of an electric power system is very
important to be maintained in order to meet consumer needs. In this study, the method
used was a descriptive quantitative method. The results of the data analysis obtained are
the SAIDI value of 5,114 hours / customer / year (2020), 4,174 hours / customer / year
(2021). SAIFI of 4,878 outages/customers/year (2020), 1,991 outages/customers/year
(2021). CAIDI is 15,820 hours/subscriber (2020), 44,951 hours/subscriber (2021) and
ASAI 11,988 (2020), 7,989 (2021). Several factors have led to the lack of reliability of
hote refiners in PT. PLN (Persero) ULP Bula, Eastern Seram Regency, such as Fallen
Trees, Bats, Snakes, Tree Branches and others. then the steps taken to improve reliability
are routinely rambasan, complete pole climbing, FCO installation, and installation of
nets on poles to prevent wild animals such as snakes and others.
