Abstract :
The electric power distribution system is a system for distributing electricity from a 220/380 Volt distribution transformer to 1 phase or 3 phase customers, Low Voltage Network or JTR, is a distribution system that has a wide scope so that load imbalances and overloads often occur. Therefore, a load breaking method must be used to overcome this problem. Many things are caused by overloads and load imbalances such as: decreased transformer performance, excessive heat in the secondary phase wire from the transformer to the PHB-TR, which ultimately reduces the quality of the electric power system to consumers. The steps taken to overcome this problem are the load-breaking method, namely, by dividing the load on the substation that experiences an overload or high load to the nearest substation with a low load. This overload case can be detected based on the disturbance report data, namely Phase R = 175 A, S = 150 A, T = 174 A PT. PLN (Persero) UP3 Bintaro. At the CD 155 substation, referring to one of the majors A, the CD 155 substation with a load of 144 A. So after the load breaking method was carried out, the result was 97 A in the A department so that 47 A was reduced, it can be ascertained that the CD 155 substation A was normal without there is a higher load.
