Abstract :
The development of development in Indonesia, especially in the DKI Jakarta area, is increasing. So that it can encourage the demand for electrical energy. To overcome this the need for mitigation, it is necessary to do good planning in building a new distribution network that is good, reliable, and effective so that development, operation, and maintenance can run properly. To maintain the supply of electricity to customers, PT. PLN (Persero) UP3 Menteng, Central Jakarta has a special service, namely premium services. the price rates of the four types. So, the author analyzes premium services in the Thamrin Nine Tower 2 area which is a premium customer area. In this study, to determine the power required according to the SPLN standard, transformer loading, the selection of substation conductor installations, knowing the load flow in the installation of new substations using ETAP 19.0.1, and simulating loading to transformers using ETAP 19.0.1.
