Abstract :
The Japanese type SDDSH is used on the KRL line from Duri Station to Tangerang
Station, particularly at Angke Station and Kampung Bandan Station. It may be hazardous
to move the load supply if a disturbance occurs at one of the traction substations since
the power supply equipment on the Japanese type SDDSH now lacks a suitable security
or protection system. Therefore, a security system is required that makes it simpler to
monitor the flow of power supply to the power supply equipment, allowing the signaling
equipment to function and preventing disruption of the train signaling system. The results
of the interviews used in this study are converted into a programming simulation utilizing
a PLC application employing a descriptive qualitative methodology. On a ladder
diagram, logic 1 is used as input and logic 0 (zero) as output to lock the flow of electrical
power to power supply equipment, particularly LBS and MCB. Four options for a better
power supply system are presented by the simulation's findings. This simulation indicator
works by changing the color of the LED light on the HMI display. If there is no power
supply or the LBS is locked, a red light will appear. The green light signifies that there
are no interruptions in the incoming electric power flow into the power supply machinery
or the power supply for the signaling system at the SDDSH both stations.
