Abstract :
A transmission line on the power electricity system is a media that used to transmit
electricity energy from the power plant to load center. In accordance increases the demand
of electricity power energy for West Tanjung Jabung Regency Jambi Province, therefore,
additional electricity infrastructure development is needed, including the construction of 150
kV transmission lines. In the process of implementing the construction of a 150 kV
transmission line, there are various factors that affect the performance of time, so this
research is carried out to identify factors that affect the performance of implementation time.
The result of the research that has been done are that there are 25 factors that have been an
influence on the performance of the project implementation time, and from the value of
Relative Importance Index (RII) the result are 0,91 for land acquisition process and design
error, 0.87 inaccurate survey data factors, design changes, the length of the review process,
0.86 inadequate investigation factors, 0.83 factors for inappropriate construction methods,
0.82 factors for material delays and social problems, 0.81 factors of incompetent
subcontractors, 0.80 factors of lack of manpower, non-smooth manpower mobilization, lack

experienced workers and work equipment that is often damaged, 0.77 factors poor
coordination, 0.76 factor of error in cost estimation, 0.75 factor of disorganized safety
administration, 0.74 factor of project design complexity level, 0.72 factor of absence of safety
officers, 0.71 factor of low productivity of workers, 0.70 factor of difficult project location
geographical conditions , 0.69 worker's pending completion factor an, 0.66 the factor of the
addition of the scope of work outside the contract.
