Abstract :
In an effort to maintain the existence and continuity of the distribution of electrical energy, which generally
still relies on non-renewable fossil raw materials, electrical energy needs to be limited and used sparingly.
Limiting and saving electrical energy can be started from a small household scale by regulating the use of
electrical energy efficiently and appropriately according to daily needs and utilizing the existence of supply
electricity hybrid a renewableIn facilitating this, in this research, a prototype of control and monitoring of
electrical power is designed which is equipped with Automatic Transfer Switch an IoT (Internet of Things)
supply electricity hybrid. The research method used in this research is R&D (Research & Development) by
conducting a literature study, and identifying the results of the test data and the visual object of the research.
Based on the results of the research data, a prototype is produced which is composed of several main
components, such as NodeMCU, Arduino Nano, PZEM-004T, ZMPT101B, and Relay Modules that can
be used to control electrical loads, monitor electrical quantities and control the performance of the
Automatic Transfer Switch. through the Blynk Cloud Server and the SikomolisATS Application from a
device online smartphone. For the validation results, the lowest accuracy level for the power measurement
sensor reading is 99,78% and the highest for power factor and energy measurement is 100%. The advantage
of this prototype is that it can facilitate users in limiting and saving electrical energy use easily, while the
drawback is that it requires a WiFi connection to operate.
