Abstract :
Metal use in an industry does play an importan role. Almost 90% tool and machine and its installation in an industry from metal alloys. Titanium alloys with alpha beta phase Ti ? 6Al ? 4V. To get microstructure and its mechanical property, a solution treatment is carried out in 850 C, 950 C, and 1050 C with in 1 hour by air cooling. And conducted a hardness test, impact test to measure the material resistance to shock loads. A hinger result of hardness test in 1050 C is 591,04 HB and for highest impact test material without treatment is 47 joule with the result of the microstruture formed beta phase in the alpha matriks
