Abstract :
An electric power system has a benchmark to measure the level of reliability of the network that delivers electrical energy to the load continuously, namely the SAIDI & SAIFI reliability index. Therefore, optimization of reliability is needed to be able to find the best value of a reliability index obtained from evaluation and improvement activities on target. From the results of the analysis through the Tableau software, the feeder that did not meet the IEEE P1366-2003 standard was the Tieline Pomaala feeder with the achievement of SAIDI 2.59 hour/plg/year and SAIFI 1.73 times/plg/year. The result of further evaluation, equipment Recloser/PMCB became the second largest contribution so that it was followed up by recalculating the coordination of protection and simulation. After the perfect adjustment of protection coordination, the data shows a decrease in SAIDI & SAIFI on the Tieline Pomaala Feeder in 2022 Recloser/PMCB equipment to zero 0 minutes/plg/year and 0 times/plg/year, from the previous year 2021 contributed 22.2 minutes/ plg/year and 0.191 times/plg/year
