Abstract :
Indonesia is a developing country in a better direction to advance the nation, one of them is with electricity, PT. Indonesia Power Unit Generation Service (UJP) Banten 2 Labuan is a Steam Power Plant (PLTU) with capacity 2 x 300 Mega Watt (MW). Need to know one of the most important components in the steam turbine power plant because it works as a conversion tool. Turbines at the time of generation must have been called one of them is a crack in the blade caused by several factors, one of which is the erosion by steamers because of poor water quality. From the provision of crack on the blade can occur which can worsen the turbine condition, in order to avoid severe damage therefore cut 2 blades at stage 4. If not done quickly will have an impact on the entire unit and damage to other generating assets. The thesis that I compiled is doing data analysis and analysis of the influence and perspective when the knife is still in a cracked condition and starts installing a new blade and how to install it in order to improve the quality of generator production. Then the data is analyzed based on parameters. The results of this blade cutting strongly oppose the heat value of the turbine.
