Abstract :
The achievement of the contracted procurement target performance in 2017 PT PLN (Persero) UIP Central Kalimantan totaling 54 contracted procurement packages and in 2018 there were procurement targets for 57 packages. To achieve the contracted procurement target in 2018 which will have a direct impact on the achievement Commercial Operation Date (COD) in 2019 so that efforts are needed to accelerate the implementation of the procurement of good and services. One of the basic knowledge (common knowledge) for acceleration in a construction knowledge management starts from adding three elements, including: additional workforce, equipment, and overtime / overtime. After the Root Cause Problem Solver (RCPS) and the priority scale selection process were carried out, two priority problem solving had never been implemented as an effort to accelerate the implementation, namely Parallel Work with the Person In Charge (PIC) Method and Monitoring the Procurement Implementation Schedule with Analysis S-Curve. The result of study implementation of the breakthrough program were advantages acceleration with Person in charge (PIC) method compared to using the conventional method for 10 days and the completion of the 2018 contracted procurement target of 5 packages. Overall, the estimated saving & gain value obtained from the acceleration is Rp. 3.063785,395 / day x 10 days of acceleration = Rp. 30,637,853,950
