Abstract :
The rapid development of the motor vehicle in this era of globalization, the amount of traffic density increases so will result in congestion. Bottlenecks that may arise due to several factors, one of which is a traffic light control.Because of that, it is necessary traffic arrangements, the better so that the flow of vehicles on the roads can remain smooth and the amount of congestion in the press can be minimized. Traffic lights and play a role in directing the flow of vehicles on the road or intersection node. One way to improve traffic light control system is to build a smart traffic light system which optimizes the cycle time (red - yellow - green) based on the density of the queue of vehicles detected by the sensor Under these conditions, the thesis will be discussed about setting the output data on the system design of smart traffic light is clockwise for the selection of the queue line, as a continuation of the process of setting the data entered in the system design of smart traffic light.
