Abstract :
Automatic Meter Reading, also known as (AMR) is an electronic device with an Automatic system whose function is to read meters or customer usage. AMR was developed as part of the development of electronic meters (digital meters) which replaced analog meters. The AMR system is a data retrieval system in the form of Energy data, max demand, and Load Profiles that are periodically read from each Meter and collected in the AMR master for billing purposes and to analyze customer profile data. Low voltage customers (TR), namely government customers (P1) which usually consist of offices related to the government using Automatic Meter Reading (AMR) which functions to monitor the customer's kWh Meter at any time from the PLN office with more accurate results with the help of computer applications so that there will be no Reading errors made by the officer. This method is expected to be able to analyze if there is an abnormality of the Meter in the AMR system. This AMR system can also make it easier to read the kWh Meter at the customer. In addition, AMR can find out if there is a disturbance in the customer's kWh meter. The results of this study can be seen that the disturbance caused by the kWh Meter on the R phase cable that is lost due to the CT wiring error causes losses to the PLN which has an impact on the emergence of follow-up bills on the P1 customer with a power of 82,500 VA of Rp 60,370,762 and on the I2 customer with 41,500 VA power of Rp 30,296,758,395,317. Therefore, PLN applies follow-up bills or account corrections to customers who experience such cases. Subsequent billing (TS) is calculated based on data on average Energy consumption a few months ago from the customer concerned (customer historical)
