Abstract :
The impact of the hike in fuel prices and the pandemic that hasn't ended yet, makes
It is increasingly difficult for the middle and lower classes to fulfill their basic needs.
The people in Kotabumi Selatan District, Tanjung Aman Village, North Lampung
Regency are not spared from the impact. According to BPS in 2021 there are 121,900
poor people in North Lampung. Based on this data, it is estimated that there are 13,823
poor people in South Kotabumi who will receive BPNT from the government.
With such a large number, it takes a long time to select residents in South Kotabumi
who are entitled to receive BPNT. From the information obtained by the author
regarding conditions in the field to decide on BPNT recipients, the authors created a
thesis project entitled "Implementation of the Promethee Method on SPK Acceptance
BPNT in South Kotabumi District, North Lampung?, in order to help officers speed
up the results of community recommendations that will later be entitled to receive BPNT
from the government.
The author's goal is:
? Design and build an SPK so that it can provide recommendations for BPNT
beneficiaries using the web-based Promethee method.
? Obtaining recommendation results using the Promethee method quickly and
accurately.
Based on the needs in the background of the problem, including:
? How to design the SPK web to determine BPNT beneficiary communities using
the Promethee method.
? How can the application results help users determine potential BNPT
beneficiaries?
Based on the research conducted, it can be concluded as follows:
? The website was successfully created and online, so that BPNT beneficiary
applications can be calculated using the Promethee method.
? The application is able to quickly provide ranking results for bpnt beneficiaries
using the Promethee method based on the criteria of income, age, number of
people in the family, building area, land area, and electric power.
